Issue with first subscription between IOS & Android

I have been using Deezer free for a short while, knowing that I was going to get a new phone. Old phone is IOS, (deezer worked perfectly), also worked perfectly (same account) on my laptop.
New phone is here, (Android) so I logged in via my laptop.
Issue 1. I get the offer to pay R9.99 (South Africa) for the first 3 months, so I select, and when I am directed to your sight, (In Swedish - why am I not surprised) This offer is not eligible for my region. (slap the person who managed to get that wrong) No problem, I am happy to pay normal monthly subscription, after all, I have had free ('tho limited use of the app for a while), so I pay the subscription, and get the email. YAAAAY

WRONG. When I created my account, I did NOT use a google email address, but didn't take note of this when I made payment, and it naturally used my google email address. (go figure)

Issue 2. So, my desktop deezer did not reflect my premium subscription. So, clever me, delete from laptop, re-install and straight into my non-google email address it goes. Delete from iPhone, and then re-intall, using my google email address. NO LUCK, try to change my email details, and again, NO LUCK. Clean registry, bla bla bla, still NO LUCK!!!!!!

Delete my Deezer account altogether, get the "we so sorry you are leaving us" email, and (no surprises here), I am still not able to log in on my laptop or iPhone using my google email address.

Issue 3. Install Deezer, via Google Play Store on NEW Android phone, try to log in using google email address, NO LUCK, try log in using the Google button, NO LUCK, try log in using the corresponding Facebook page, would you believe it, NO LUCK.

So, please, I beg you with tears in my eyes, how do I get my (now paid for) Deezer to work again?

In my mind, I have tried pretty much everything, short of doing a clean install on both my laptop and iPhone, AND NO WAY AM I DOING THAT!!!!!

Thank you for your patience. I've had a look in your account (the one linked to the email you used here in the community) and there isn't a paid subscription. So my guess is that you have your paid account with another email address, probably the Gmail one.
I recommend you to contact our support team here. They'll look at your confirmation of payment, unlink social media from your account and make sure you get a password reset email, to give you access again 👍🏼

Thanks for your input Rudi. Much appreciated. You are correct, when I paid my subscription it “created” another Deezer account linked to my gmail.
On my iPhone and laptop I managed to get my Premium account to work.
But no matter how I try to log into it with my android phone (which is linked to my gmail account, no luck). FB login, google login, email login, phone number login. No go.
Cleared memory, nope. Deleted and re-install. No. Wiped phone and clean install. Still not. Behahahahaha.

That's a real shame @Slinky Wizzard. Have you contacted our support team with the link I've given above? Have you also tried connecting to a different network?
