Issue multiple accounts playing at the same time

Deezer Support,

I keep getting the same message when I try to listen Deezer informing that my account is being used simultaneously in another device, I never even logged in another device with my Deezer account, screen with error message attached.
Please help ASAP, I can’t user Deezer since the message pops every 30 seconds using the app and just stop playing the music.
I use the app. for over an year and never had this issue.

I've unlinked your devices and sent a password reset email and hopefully that will help you not to get those messages. Please change your password and reinstall the app. But let me know if the problem continues 😉
