I didn't order anything from this my phone was stolen iMSN crime. how do you get all your money back and everything else
Look I have paid for your app twice and still have not been able to use it so I quit trying two months ago and your still billing my now I want all payments I have made to you back and I am not asking but requesting my money back and for you to make an app worth paying for and that tell the day.
I wish to unsubscribe to deezer - my account is set up as free but have been charge 9.99 a month please can I cancel

I have been charged on my phone account since march for using your service. I havn't used or subscribed to the service. Can this be stopped and refunded please. You will see from my account its registered as free. I have been charged 9.99 a month since march my mobile number is 07800 579755.

If you are being charged by your mobile provider via invoice (Ee or Three) it's best to also send the invoice as an attachment to the team so that they have the details.

Hi everyone. Today I purchased a 12 month Deezer Premium+ giftcard for £119 for my husband’s birthday - only for him to inform me that Deezer isn’t compatible with our home speaker system (Amazon Alexa). Can I return/refund the gift card which has not been used ? Thanks

Hi @Lorenzo Miscia, I checked your account and could only see the 9,99 payment. If you are still paying with Itunes, that's not correct. Please send us the confirmation of the last Itunes payment here and we'll check. ☺
I have recently attempted to renew my deezer subscription. Once i saw the money go out i thought i would be alright. However i went back onto deezer and it was still telling me to subscribe. When i clicked subscribe it said that i had already had a subscription although it was not working and still telling me to subscribe again. So i pressed on manage and upon doing that i saw that there was two deezer subscriptions for one itunes account. I have been using deezer for some time now and was troubled when i saw this. If possible i would like a refund for the second payment and my subscription to work please.

Hi there, I decided to get premium for Deezer and got charged both on PayPal and on iTunes, while my subscription extended only for 1 month, while I paid twice.. Could you add me another month or refund it, as I paid for premium twice and got only 1 month. It was unintentional, but as I paid I should get these 2 months of music.
