I was charged twice!


Hey!
Last month I changed my payment method so I paid it via the apple store (12,99€), but it kinda didn‘t work, because of my bad internet connection, so I tried to pay it directly via my credit card (9,99€) and it worked. Now I can see in the balance of my credit card, that both amounts were booked from my credit card (see screenshot below). I wanted to know, if this month will be free, because I paid it twice in a month for one account and now I got an e-mail, that my account will be shut down, because I didn’t pay this months 9,99€!
Please help!

You probably have two accounts which you're paying for.
You can contact Deezer support to check that for you :

Hi there and welcome to the community! 🙋🏼 First of all I had to remove the attachment from your post. Please make sure not to enter any personal details or images which show personal details. We just want to make sure they are protected 😉

This is caused by an error in the link between Itunes and Deezer. Since you proved that you've been charged twice, we added a free month of Premium+ to your account now. Please cancel Deezer directly in your Itunes profile to make sure they don't charge you again next month. The direct subscription via credit card will still be active.

If there are any issue with Itunes payments in the future, I'd suggest to contact our Support Team directly. 😉
Hi. Had issues logging in. Reset password and i have now lost my playlists and had to go through paypal again and have now been charged twice

It looks like you have two accounts on Deezer with different email addresses. But our lovely support team will be able to find both accounts and help you with the payment 😉 You just need to contact them here and provide your payment details.
hello i dont understand i have notice deezer app payment was taken twice for 2 months

please can you update my account how can i have two same subcription under one icloud i only have one app... can i get a refund for 2 months or can i have it added to the next months ?

My Deezer account recently stopped working so I updated to the Premium service. Since then, it has started charging me twice - $16.99 and $14.99 AUD. I only have one device linked to the account.
How can I stop double payments coming out of my iTunes account?

I was using the premium service and upgraded to the family package. You have now charged me £24.99 for both I was not expecting to be charged the full amount can you refund me the £4.99 difference please
I paid for the same premium deezer subscription two time intul September and November
And three time in November
I subscribed only one premium Deezer abonnement.

Hi @Kim Blackhurst, you got charged twice because you didn't wait until the end of the Premium subscription before to subscribe again. But I managed to add 1 month of Family on your account! 🙂

Hi @hamse.haji, your account is the 3 month offer one and we have not charged twice for it. Probably you have a second account with a different email, therefore the payment. Please see Anja's reply above and send us more info about it by email to help us to find this payment 😉
2 months ago I used your subscription. I did not like and due to the fact that I had no money on the card, the subscription is switched to free. Now, I had to update the map data and I immediately wrote off the money, although membership is still free. Give me back my money, I don't want to be signed, I can't unsubscribe!!! I would like to remove your application, return the money!
I already join and got the premium+ 99p for 3 months but it says i dont have it and asking for a 2nd time payment? I got copy of reciept. But still ask8ng me to pay another 99p?
