I unsubscribed but I am still getting charged for Deezer

Deezer keeps charging me even though I left Hifi subscription two months ago. Currently on free subscription since July, considering return to HiFi. Where to contact? Anyway, I am going to dispute the charges at MasterCard.

you must of subscribed and given your payment details to Deezer at some point otherwise they wouldn’t be able to take the money!

You can request a refund by contacting support here with as much information as possible.

You are in the wrong account. Log out from the gmail account and login using your hotmail email! 😉

Also, don't forget to cancel the wrong account to avoid you making the same mistake again.

Hello @Ruud Overmeer we are sorry, this should not happen. In our system I can see that you cancelled your subscription on the 1st of January 2020 and your Deezer Premium month expired on 10th of January 2020. You now have a Deezer Free account.

In case you are still getting charged for Deezer, please send a photo of the payment to our customer support and they can help you further with this matter :slight_smile:
