I subscribed to the wrong Deezer Plan

I subscribed to Deezer Family for some reason I only have Deezer HiFi and can't add any family members. 

Can anyone advise on how we may get the correct subscription and allow family members to join?

Hi @Womo66 I can see in the system that you subscribed to HiFi and currently on the 30 days trial.
You can cancel the subscription and wait until the trial period ends and after that subscribe to family.
If you want to subscribe to Family immediately, then please contact our Deezer Support Team and one of our agents will help you to turn the account into free so you can subscribe to Family.
