I pay my subscription through vodacom

I pay my subscription through vodacom. They say I have a active subscription and that I have payed. Deezer say I have no active subscription and I must renew the subscription.

Hi there, please contact Vodacom and speak to someone else. If you pay to Vodacom, they are the ones responsible to activate your account automatically. If you have any more question, please speak to our support team here, they can check your account. 😉
