I pay for premium service. Why can't I use my log in on other devices. I'm paying for 3. And this app often drops play or stops working. I'm only having problems with this music app.

you can have 3 devices with your account but you can only listen on 1 device at a time. If you need to listen on more than one device at one time then you'd need a family account.

I have a family account but the music stops all the time even though nobody else is using the app. at the same time.

try disconnecting all devices from your account (under settings), logging out, restarting your phone and then logging back in.
