I paid for the wrong Deezer subscription

I renewed my Deezer account but instead of Family subscription, I chose HI-FI.. Now I cant access other accounts linked to my deezer. ease help. How do I change my subscription  back to FAMILY?

Hi @Kgomotso Bosoga you need to contact our Deezer Support Team as soon as possible and request a refund for the HiFi subscription. After that your account will turn into free and you’ll need to subscribe again to Family.
