I paid for Family and I did not get my subscription worth?

I paid Deezer Familia subscription because I can not listen to my Premium account on more than 2 different cell phones. I paid the value of € 19.99 and the songs keep locking up because others are connected.

Hi

The master account holder needs to create profiles for each family member under settings. Then each family member logs in using the master account details and then switches profile under settings to their profile (a bit like Netflix)
