Hi everyone,

As some of you have reported, I can confirm that such app (Deezer Panel/DeePzer Panel) isn't official and not provided/controlled by Deezer. Therefore, we carry no responsibility over its distribution. If you do have the app, please delete it.

Our apps also have our new branding and logo, so trust no other ⛔

Hi there @Bill Brown

Could you try posting a screenshot of the message, please? Have you tried reinstalling the app?
HI, I've been getting this too. It pops up periodically and is followed by an advert. I've attached a screenshot.

From two weeks it's still appearing on my mobile phone an info about the privacy policy. I don't want it. Pls see screen in a attached.

Please see the previous screenshot, it is exactly the same. I have tried to reinstall but it is still there.
I deleted the app " Deezer panel" Then you will not see the constantly unasked privacy screen and the advertisement it shows.
I don't have a deezer panel app to remove.
I've deleted an app with the old deezer icon, but it's called deePzer panel. That seems to have solved the pop up. 😊👍

In the meantime @pdllien , in order to help other users, could you please give us more details of how this app came about and how you deleted it? Many thanks!
I'm not sure how the app became installed as I've not installed any new apps intentionally.

I found the old Deezer icon and then the mispelt deePzer name in the apps list. I then uninstalled and have had no problems since.

Thanks for sharing @pdllien 😉
I had the same problem and could not find the app in the applications tab. I only managed to find it through the settings panel. The app displays an advertisement when you try to quit it. I have no idea how it appeared on my cell phone, but with absolute certainty I did not install it intentionally. The application also uses the deezer logo.

Hey @Arthur.Costa

Thanks for sharing with us too. The app apparently uses the old logo and I can assure you that it wasn't distributed by us.

Hi, In apps list, I found out that the "deepzer panel" was installed from Galaxy store - which is samsung's own app store. I don't use it to install any apps, so I have no idea how it got installed :/
Does anybody have this problem on any other device than samsung?

Good question @PetrS as we couldn't find the app on the Play Store. Could you all report what device and model you have?
