Hi

Create an account doesn't mean you started your trail . You probably have a free account now and if you like you can try the Premium + 2 weeks I think .

When you first download the app on your phone and log in there you should then automatically get the 15 day free trial 🙂

If you add your payment details, you get 30 days - but via iOS it's not available in certain countries so make sure you get it, subscribe directly with us 😉 https://www.deezer.com/en/offers
I downloaded the application and tried to connect to the trial version of the premium plus, but the system still withdrew my money for the subscription. What's the matter?
Dear Anja, probably I will reveal a great secret to you, but in iTunes there is no deezer, although the deezer can be used as an app for iPhone, which is what I meant. So in the application for iPhone I was asked to connect a trial version of premium + and here for it from my account money was withdrawn. I would like to get clarification about this conflict.
Hi. I have just downloaded the Deezer app and immediately the opening webpage stated that if you subscribe for the trial period you will pay £0.99p per month for x3 months (I believe that what was quoted)! However, I didn't subscribe to anything to my knowledge as I wanted to find out more information on how much the app would cost after the initial x3 months trial period. Therefore, before I could do anything, it asked me to create an account and sign-in. Therefore, does this mean that I am on the trial period now? In the Settings page it still seems to prompt me to subscribe, however, I am a little confused because I didn't click on any 'start trial period', because I don't know the actual cost after the trial period is over. It would be just my luck to go over the trial period and start paying in full, therefore, I would like to know this information before I commit myself.

I hope someone can help me with my question.

I am new here and I want to use free trial. I tried everything but it just offers me a Premium for 0.99 (USD I think 😅). Help?

I made a Deezer account quite a while ago, and it automatically let me try a premium version for 15 days. Now I can't log into that account, I made a second one and it won't let me try that, could anybody help me to get those 15 days? 😞

Hi @Carola.Núñez.Espinoza , you have to enter your country of origem on your account to be able to get the 15 day trial 😉
Dear Deezers, I have recently starter a trial with Deezer. So far so good. However, you are charging me Eur 17,99 for this month. Why? First month should be free. I have cancelled the subscription just to be sure.

Hi @ruudmooring , you subscribed to our Family plan (17.99 EUR) via iTunes. We don't have 30 day trial for the Family plan, therefore you were charged straight away. If you wish to cancel your account, please get in touch with iTunes or see the iTunes cancelation procedures here. 😉 Let us know if you have more question about it!
Thanks for your reply. However, not entirely correct. Go to iTunes and lookup Deezer. In the description it says "Do you want more options, try Premium for 15 days, free!".

Deezer offers 30 days for free on the website and 15 days via iTunes.

Now...where's my 15 days free trial?

Hi @ruudmooring , as the message says, the 15 days are for Premium+, not Family 😉
Mmm....right. Somehow it must be explained a bit more clear, like "please be aware that this is not applicable to Family subscriptions". Anyway, thanks for the quick reply.

Hi i made my deezer account and got the 15 day trial and was about to subscribe with the 30 day free trial then the 9.99 plan but wheb i whent to pay my phone died and when i logged on deezer its giving me the option to activate the subsription with without the 30 day trial ? Help anyone?

I checked here and you seem to have subscribed and your trial is active. All good or do you still need help?

I sighed up to Deezer today and they have already taken the first payment, I have not received the 30 day free trial, I was lead to believe that the first payment would be taken after the 30 day free trial. Can you please help?
