I am moving to the UK but the system is not allowing me to change my payment details


I am moving to the UK in August and, as such, am trying to change my payment details to a UK bank account. However, the system is not allowing me to do this. Can you help?

Thanks for joining our community. In order to change the payment details to the UK, you need to be here for that to happen. You need to cancel the subscription and wait until it reverts to Free. Then after that, you just need to subscribe again in the UK with your new bank details.
