First you will have to cancel your family account and wait it rolling back to a free one , and then you should be able to resubscribe to Premium +

You can go to www.deezer.com\offers and change from family to premium from there .
You can also navigate to the gear icon near your profile picture and choose "Account settings" and finally "Manage my account" . In the opened window you'll have an option to change the plan .

Hi @AlekseyKh, you just need to cancel the current subscription and wait until it's ended. Afterwards you will be able to get Premium+ again 🙂
It is the same for me. I switched to Family offer, but it truns out that I misunderstood the family offer. Now I want to go back to premium offer but it keeps telling me that I'm not elligible.

Can you please tell me how to fix this ?
We had Deezer family, but out of the blue, Deezer changed our subscription to premium+, and we don’t want this, we want to go back to Deezer Family but we don’t know how to do this.

I tried Deezer family subscription for couple month, but encountered a problems with it:
On my opinion, its is not a great idea to use single credentials for every family member, and so it is not an option for me to use this type of subscription.

I cancelled my Deezer family subscription and cant find option to switch to Deezer premium sub.


Where should I click to enable premium+ ?

Hi @Wil V Berkel , I can see that you had a Family subscription, but the account was ended by iTunes on the 23rd and, on the same day, you subscribed again, but a Premium+ plan this time, not the Family one.
I recommend you to cancel your account with iTunes and make sure you will not get charged by them again. After that, once your account is back to the Free subscription, please open your account from a computer and subscribe again directly to Deezer 😉 Let me know if your still have any doubts or get in touch with our support team here 😉

Hi everyone. The procedures @Noam Asulin sent only work in France at the moment (don't ask me why) 🙂

To move from Family to Premium you will have to cancel you subscription first, wait until your account is Gratuit and then subscribe to the Premium+ plan 🙂

Hi @La Bodega , you will have to cancel your Family subscription, wit until the end of the subscription and then subscribe again. See above 🙂
i subscribed to Deezer Family to allow my wife and i to have two separate flows. However we use Deezer on Sonos and with in minutes of subscribing to Deezer Family, I found out that Deezer Family doesn't allow different user profiles on Sonos. I want to go back to Deezer Plus however your site doesn't allow you to do so?

hey!:) i guess it is the same method switching from premium to family.
for christmas I got a three months premium+ account with a code to enter. So far so awesome but I got the mail to the wrong mail account maybe because I created with that email years ago an account.... now I can't use the code on the right account and I'm desperate...

I really hope someone can help me

Hey Melissa, I don't really understand if your code was sent to the wrong email or if you activate the code on an account with an email you no longer have access too. Either way, please contact our support on this link with the details of the account and what type of code it is and they'll be able to help you 🙂
How do I change from Deezer Family to Deezer Premium+?

Hi there, at the moment it's not possible to automatically downgrade a subscription from Family to Premium+ so you need to cancel the current subscription and then resubscribe when the family expires 😉
I'm trying to switch from family subscription to individual, it won't allow me to.
