I want to change to the 9.99 premium plan. My family have their own ways of listening to much that I don't need the family plan.

HI I've cancelled a subscription via iTunes but it doesn't say in the app can you tell me what's going on my deezer account is under [removed to protect personal details]

Hi, I am used to live the in UK but moved back to Nigeria and want to subscribe for premium. on my phone it will show Naira but when i want to subscribe it will show pounds. on my laptop it is showing dollars, how do I rectify this? I cant seem to find anywhere to change the country or currency.

You need to cancel your subscription as it was initially purchased in the UK. Once you're back to Free, you can subscribe in Nigeria paying in for Deezer in the local currency 👍🏼

Thank you for the reply. But I forgot to add i opened the account when I got back to Nigeria and have only recently used it. So as of now I have not made any payments as I have just finished using the trial and want to switch to premium.

Fair enough. I've had a look at your account and saw that it's set to Nigeria. So please try reinstalling the app and changing the password as I've sent you a password reset email.
Try to login and subscribe to Premium. If you find the same issue, please contact our support team here 👍🏼
Hiw to exit on 15 days premium
I have been trying multiple times to delete my deezer account and nothing is happening. I have changed my Facebook and Gmail account and is still giving the error message of incorrect password.

Moreover, supposedly I was going to start paying for suscription next month, but guess what, it's not working and taking in consideration the payment I made!..

Everything is complicated and so no intuitive in Deezer, I just want to simply leave it! close my account or send me instruction on how to do it, I want to stop the service as soon as possible!.
