How to cancel subscription? Because I can't find where. On page with my subscription I haven't button "Cancel my subscription"
Today i clicked on that premium free trial for 15 days by accident and i was confused. When i finish free trial for 15 will i get charged? Because i cant cancel it i didnt even subscribe because i was just testing new music apps and i didnt know that you need to have atleast premium to listen to music(when i wa s downloading a song it said that).I read a lot about it but i am still confused. Please reply soon as possible, i want to cancel the premium thing immediatly and delete my account after that. And I dont want to wait 15 days till i can do that. Thank you

Based on the screenshot you sent us, it seems that you've already cancelled the subscription and that will expire in 4 days. If it doesn't, please contact our support team here 😉

No I didn't and it did not ask me for it. And thank you so much i will. I was just wondering Can i cancel it on my laptop because it wont work on my phone. Or i must wait till the trail ends?

@hanaanja Hi there! If you didn't input any payment detail you only got a 15-day trial. In this case you don't have to unsubscribe and your account will automatically be reverted to "free" mode at the end of the 15 days 😉

Dear Deezer team,

I'd like to quit with all my accounts, since I sold my previous phone and left open deezer account which is still valid and payment is done by mu side and I'm not using it🙁. I have account on [removed to protect personal details] and on [removed to protect personal details]. Please cancel both how I can activate and start using one and valid only for me...😊

i was charge 12.99€ on the 06 of July 2019 like every month.
But i was also recharge 12.99€ on the 26 of July 2019 .
I would like to know if it’s possible to get a refund or do i still get charge next month ?

Hey @richardson ! I'm afraid you have activated two different subscription via iTunes, please find here all info about how you can cancel it, then get in touch with iTunes if you want to get a refund or with our Client Support Team if you want the double payment to be credited onto your account 😉
Ik heb via t mobile een Deezer account. Nu kreeg im dit account niet meer gekoppeld met mijn sonos systeem waardoor ik per ongeluk een nieuw account heb afgesloten wat me 9,99 extra kost bovenop mij. T mobile Deezer account. Kan ik t account van 9.99 opzeggen?
