How can I get a refund for my Deezer subscription?

I was promised refund six months ago and still waiting.

Hi, I have cancelled my subscription however I am still being charged via PayPal.

Hello. I connected a trial subscription 3 months ago. And I forgot about it, because YouTube Premium service was released in Ukraine. And there the subscription for the whole family (up to 6 people) costs 150UAH. This is much more profitable than yours and better, because there and the music is included on YouTube itself. And yesterday, I have written off funds for a subscription of 3.99 €. But I have not used the service for a long time and forgot about it, forgot to turn it off. Return the funds please, since I do not need your subscription.

Have a look above - you need to link up with our support team and show them confirmation of the payment being taken.
I attempted to subscribe to deeper months ago and I got emails stating that it failed. I wasn’t very serious about it so I let it go. Since then, every month deeper has been taking from my account. I have never once used it. I want a refund and I want deeper to stop withdrawing money from my account

Hi i got a free 6 months when i purchased my sonos from currys.
I cancelled my subscription as soon as I'd started it so I didn't forget and end up being charged.

You're right, I've checked and a payment debited on 22 Feb - but it seems that you now have cancelled the subscription. Please get in touch with our support team for further help with the account 😉
Hi, I had the £9.99 sub, I upgraded to £19.99 but both payments were taken in the same month making £29.98 for one month, can I have my money back please ?

My subscription recently ended and I decided to pay for it today (17/01/21). After payment I got a $14.99 debit and my subscription payment is 2,700 naira only. Please I am to confused and will like an explanation and if possible a refund. Thank you.
