HI @ShadowWolf20 the higher price is only through iTunes as you can see in this topic. You can get the normal price if you subscribe directly on our website: https://www.deezer.com/de/offers/
Hello;
I recently signed up for a Premium account. I have a local rep who I purchased my SONOs speaker system through who said my monthly premium account amount would be $9.99/month. This is the same amount as the iTunes account we currently have.
Is this true? How can that be applied instead of the $12.99 per month?
Please advise.

Why my plan was cancelled??? Last months been paying £9,99 and now the prince went up to £12,99, what’s going on???
My sister signed Deezer a few days before me and her charge is 16,90 and mine is 21,90. Why?

It's because your sister pays directly to Deezer, but you pay via iTunes and they charge a different price.
If you want to pay the same price as your sister, I recommend you to cancel your current subscription, wait until your account is Free again and subscribe from deezer.com, not from your iphone ;)

I have been a Deezer customer for a few years now and always paid £9.99/month. I recently lost my card and had to order a new one. I forgot to update my Apple account with the new card details. As a result my deezer expired as the payment was unsuccessful. Now I have updated the card details deezer now wants to charge me £12.99/month. Why is this and how do I return to my previous payments of £9.99/month?

Hi @staceydavie, Only Apple has a say on their price. But please, subscribe directly to us by opening your account from a computer. Our price is 9.99, but Apple's price is 12.99. Note that to subscribe directly to us you have to cancel your current subscription and wait until your account is Free again. Let me know if you have any more question!
I signed up for the 3 months for 99c and the Premium price was $9.99 and now at least by 02/02/19 it will be $12.99. I was actually considering signing up considering it was the same price as every other one, but now I don't think so. Is there anything that can be done?

Thank You

Please see above 😉
If I run a google search your website says that Deezer Family is £14.99 per month but if I try and upgrade through the app it tells me it’s £17.99 per month. Please explain?

many thanks. Daniel

Hi there @Pswillert

I've moved your comment here so that you can find more info.
I've checked that you subscribed via iTunes, so that's why the price is higher. If you want, you can wait and cancel your subscription with iTunes and subscribe again with the same account but directly with us 😉
Hi Rudi
thanks a lot for your feedback :)
I have a 30 day Premium free trial via ITunes expiring on the 26 Feb. I have canceled it yesterday so it ends on the26 Feb.
I then tried to subscribe via Deezer directly but it seems not possible as I am registered already with the 30 day trial.
Can I subscribe directly at Deezer when the trial expires on the 26 Feb and not loose my account?

thanks again.

Hi again @Pswillert

Yes! Absolutely.
Wait until it reverts back to Free and then try to subscribe to Premium directly via Deezer.com and use your credit card as you've asked on another topic.
If you have any issues, please let me know 😉
Thanks! 😊
I want to suscribe in deezer family, but I was looking in the web and the prices are different than the app prices.
In the web cost $8.99
app $11.99

Why?

I have a premium account with the telephone service but since yesterday ask me for a suscription.

thanks for your answer!

Hi @Monica Solis this is due to Apple's policy. Please see above for more info. You are welcome to subscribe on the website for the lower price, it will give you the same result.
I have been paying 8.99 per month since ever, but now I found this.
Been paying 2€ more every month for over a year.
Can I get my money back, please?
