hifi subscription not eligible

I wantzd to upgrade my offer from premium subscription to hifi one bit i received this message:" vous n est pas eligible pour cette offre."(sorry you are not eligible for this offer)

I want to know why and to do to get hifi subscription

Sorry about that. I've had a brief look at your account and you need to wait until the period for the Premium subscription you paid for expires. That means you need to cancel your current subscription and once your account is back on Free, you can try to upgrade it to HiFi :wink:

Hi, I have the same problem but I cancelled my subscription and my paid already expired but still not working... I want upgrade from premium to family...

When I attempt to go from Premium to HiFi, it says, “We are sorry, but you are not eligible for this offer.”

I had no idea was wasn’t getting the clearest streaming with Premium until a friend showed me Deezer HiFi. 

Please help.

Hello Kevin, I have got the same issue, wrongly subscribed to Premium (a bit misleading name btw) though meant to subscribe to HiFi. Now, I understand I cannot subscribe to HiFi until the end of my Premium period. You mentioned you had plans to improve the change of offers.

Is it possible now to switch plans without waiting for the end of current one?
