Help with subscription.

Hi

 

I have a problem. My 14.99 family subscription went out of my husbands payoal account yesterday. He emailed and asked to not take the patment via paypal and use the card that had been out there after that payment. Deezer cancelled the subscription. Today i have paid again via my bank card and for some reason it has me on hifi and not family although i clicked and paid the 14.99 subscription for family. I have never been on anything apart from family as the kids use it in uni. How can i get my family subscription back as i only paid about an hour ago. 

 

there was a mistake in cancelling it as I the account holder had not asked this one of my member asked for the payment details to change fir the next paayment.
