I activated my Deezer gift card and received a confirmation mail. Nevertheless, my subscription was not extended with one month 😞 !

Hi Jonas and welcome to the community! After checking your account I could see that the gift card was redeemed successfully. It's just because the current Premium+ period has not ended yet it's just not visible to you. The new one will be activated as soon as the current one ended. So nothing to worry about 😉

Hello. I tried to use a gift card again today but it didn't work. I were on the website , typed my code and pressed 'Ok' but nothing happened. I tried it like 6 times and it still doesn't work.
I also checked if the code was right .
And I checked if I could do it with my email but this didn't work , too.
Please help me!

Hey Mia, I checked here and your gift card was activated normally and it's all ok with your subscription. Please try restarting your device and it should be good 🙂

I signed up to a premium account just over a week ago - came to use the app today and I’ve been switched on to a free account? I have never used Deezer free before and paid with a gift voucher for a year’s subscription. Help please - very long car journey today and sad passengers for lack of music!

Hi, I redeemed a gift card which showed my membership had been extended for 12 months. When my current premium subscription ended yesterday, my account has switched to the free account and I am no longer able to see my Sep2019 expiry date for my subscription. When I return to the gift website to repeat the process and enter my gift card details, it correctly says the code has been used before. Please advise.

I won a 12 months premium gift card, I was the only one that saw the code and used it on a link that was provided, i entered the code and after that I was asked u up login into my account. I tryed logging in but there was a connection error.. When i tryed again the code was "already claimed". I figure it was claimed by me but not redeemed since the session expired.. I don't know what to do, please help.

Hello. I received a gift certificate from colleagues.

Upon purchase, the following information is displayed (I translate the text from the screenshot):

The code is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Gift codes can be combined with each other and with Deezer subscriptions, except for subscriptions issued through Apple or which are part of the offer of your mobile operator.

If you already have a Deezer subscription, you can use the gift code as a payment.

The available catalog of music depends on the country of activation.

 

But, when I trying to apply my code, a get this error: Oh... You already have a valid subscription, and you can’t take advantage of this offer.

 

Which contradicts the offer described above.

I paid for a gift card but haven’t received an email or a code.  I contacted deezer support and they sent me an email to reset my password. I changed my password and still have not received the gift card I paid for. I would greatly  appreciate your help.

Hello @Melanyolga, if you contacted the support it would be better to keep the conversation going with them as they’re the one taking care of this kind of issue related to account and subscription. I’ll have a look to your conversation with the support meanwhile.
