FIXED - Premium accounts asking to subscribe again

Hi @iRobert if you are already subscribed you do not have to subscribe again. For some users this was a technical glitch only. Do you have the same problem on different devices?
I’m having the same issue. I’m premium and the app says I need to subscribe to get it. How long will it take to get this fixed? Thanks.
I'm having the same problem but this is with the Amazon Echo device, says my subscription does not allow me to use Deezer on this device and to contact you.

I have a paid up Premium subscription for over a year !

Please help .

Hi there @iRobert

The account linked to the email you used here in the community has a Deezer Free subscription. Are you sure you used the correct login details for when using the app?
Our developers asked to log out and log back in. Let me know if it helps!
I did this but it still doesn't work. I have Deezer Premium but it's logging me in on my Deezer Free account.

I’m having the issue as well. Logging out an in again doesn’t work. In the manage sectio. Is says that I am subscribed.
Premium account asking me to subscribe again. I pay monthly and a payment was taken last week. It is saying my free trial ends tomorrow. I don't have a free trial I pay!
Hi, I am still having issues with this. Every time I log in it suggest I need to upgrade to premium. When I try to it says I am subscribed.

I have tired logging out etc etc but nothing seems to be working. Are you able to help?

No it is not working. Don't you have any other solution? Are you kidding? It seems you have a serious 'hack' problem and lost our account details. And you are really very bad about handling the issue. I understand why most people choose SPOTIFY !!! I have a new motto for you: DEEZER SUCKS !!!

Hi, it’s the second time I’m having troubles again with deezer. I’m already subscribed for years but suddenly asks me to subscribe, I have logged off and on, I have done everything the Helpdesk asked me too again and still not working. I hope someone can help otherwise i go back to Spotify because the problem keeps coming back

still not working for me.... i log out and log in and the problem continue.... the app keep asking for the premium subscription again.....
My deezer is saying i am using a free trial, all my downloaded stuff has disappeared also. I have checked and the payment has gone put for my subscription. Logged out but still the same
The app has been pretty faulty for me the last couple of weeks, by saying that I’m not subscribed when I am. The payment for the subscription came out this morning, and I am hoping for a refund as I would not like to use it anymore

Sorry to hear that. We've recently dealt with that issue so it wasn't just you that was affected. Have you tried logging out and logging in again? And perhaps reinstalling the app?
