FIXED - Premium accounts asking to subscribe again


Dear Deezer,
when I'm trying to select song on request in Favorit songs it says that I have to have deezer premium. I have it.
please help

I’ve never had a problem using Deezer since 2016! Never one failed payment... this month, has been paid, but it’s not allowing me to use the premium? I have the invoice of the payment, so I don’t understand, an hour ago it was fine 😂
After updating to Android App 6.0.5.271 i can't play only selected track in list.

I'm a premium user and yesterday I could use deezer fine. Today all song are greyed out and I can't pick a song. Only listen to it in a playlist if I skip to the song. What's going on? I pay to hear my music. Help.

Have been using deezer family for a couple of years with no problems. In the last 30 minutes every track is now greyed out. When I try to play anything it says that I need to upgrade to deezer premium.

Any ideas whats going on?

Today I suddenly noticed that in any albums or playlist I open, including the downloaded ones I cant pick and press on one particular track - songs are greyed out. Yet there is Flow-like blue button - and it plays through the whole playlist easily, there wasnt such feature just yesterday. What might be the problem here?

edit: nevermind its back to normal somehow. Yet I dont understand what was that blue button, I wonder if I turned some mode on. But I didnt change anything in preferences. Now theres only round round blue button in upper right corner with play pause function, yet minutes ago it was centered and rectangular button while I couldnt press on the songs

I am a premium deezer user and payed my subscription a week ago for this month and all of my songs are grey and can only listen to them when I play them on shuffle! Please help!
i have the same issue too.
i can listen music only in shuffle mode! But I have a premium account since 2 years!

I’ve got the same problem, i payed my bill the 5th of this month and this morning i had no problems but just about 10 min ago i can’t play music, deezer says that i need to go Premium. If this problem holds on for to long i’m going to spotify! And i want my money back!!!!
