Family Profile Error - Account used on another device


Recently I've added two more profiles to my Family Plan and a few times I've had issues with my Deezer not working and I get a message saying my account is being used on another device, which is not allowed.

If I've got 5 profiles in use then there will be times when two profiles are playing music at the same time - I've looked through my account settings but can't find anything that seems to be causing the issue.

Please advise the best way to prevent this.

each profile can have 2 devices registered to them (and 3 for the master profile) however each profile can only be used at any one time.. .e.g. my wife has her phone and her tablet.. but she can only use one or the other (not both at the same time).

As long as each user has switched to their own profile then they should have no problems playing music on their device (but as I mentioned only once device at a time.).

i have a problem i have upgraded to family deezer plan and yet when 2 ppl are logged and listening to music it shows that im already playing on another device and music stops so i want to switch profile for each person but the favorites playlist in not availabe and thats actually what we want to play the same favorites playlist on different profiles so please advise.

ok i have no problem with each one of us using a different profile but how to have the main favorites playlist shared among us

Hi @Mehdi.Belga

your favourites is your own. However you can search for other members and then access their favourites (and even copy to to a new playlist of your own).
I think Deezer could make things much easy if the error message were more clear. See support request #3570676 also.
