Hi @manarine_w, this happen when you have more than one device using your account at the same time. With the Premium subscription you can open your account from up to 3 devices but not simultaneously. 😉

If you keep getting a family pop up that stops your playback it's probably because you have more than one person listening to your account at the same time. With a premium subscription only one person can listen at a time.
Hello! I have a problem with Deezer on my phone. I can't listen any music (offline and online), every time when I tap on the song, there is the notification about Deezer Family, but I use only phone right now and I dont have same problem on the desktop.

I don't want to receive notifications for the family program. the music stops constantly and a notification is thrown.

It stops my music and tells me someone has bumped me off and to upgrade to family Sub.
Ive changed my password, removed all connected device and it's still happening.

Any ideas?

Hi @Aaron.C.R, please change the password of you Google account too - I can see that it's linked to your account. Also, if it's still happening, please reinstall the app. Let me know if it helps!
This message pops up every time I try and play music although my prescription is paid and up to date. I don't want the family deal yet pressing the skip button takes me back to music...

then when I try to play a song the message reappears leaving my deezer unable to play any music at all. Sad me.

It means someone is using you account at the same time 🙂 You can only use 1 device at once, otherwise you get this pop up message 😉
Hi guys,
in the last 20 minutes you interrupted my listening at least 20 times, once every minute.
With the same pop up about family membership. I said no 20 times...i really don't need it and i just want to listen to music with my current membership. could you please stop this "storm" ?

Являюсь подписчиком deezer hifi, постоянно появляется сообщение с рекламой deezer family и музыка выключается. Смена пароля не помогает. Что мне делать?! Подписку пока отменил.

It means someone is using your account at the same time. Please change the password and unlink all devices 😉

there is no other devises on my account but it keeps sopping my music and asking ne to subscribe in deezer family how can i solve that

I’m getting the same popup now that stops the music and asks for Family Subscription. I already have Premium (up to 3 devices allowed) and when I check linked devices there are only two there, with the second one not active.

It means someone is trying to use your account at the same time. If the Premium subscription you can open it up to 3 devices, but not simultaneously.
Music being interrupted again and again by family subscription offer. I will cancel all subscriptions if this continues! Please stop this Deezer as I was a fan until this started happening

Hi John, this is happening because someone is using your account at the same time and, as a Premium user, you can only use one device at time. Please change your password here 😉
The Deezer family pop up icon in continuously appearing on my screen and I am unable to listen to music. I pay monthly for the deezer premium subscription, how can these pop ups be stopped? I have tried deleting and downloading the app again but this hasn’t worked.

Isso acontece por que tem alguém usando a sua conta ao mesmo tempo que você.
Eu desvinculei o seu aparelho da conta e seu facebook também. Mude a sua senha da Deezer e do Facebook. Veja se melhora 😉
