Family Plan Issue

Hi,

 

Whenever i try to press on the subcribe button for the family plan(android app and pc) it only reloads the same page. Thus not allowing me to purchase it.

I already cancelled my premium subscription so I'm have deezer free right now.

I'm based in Aruba, but that's not available to choose in country selector.(so netherlands is the default).

Does anyone know what i can do?

Hi @Glenn Victor Ruiz whe don’t have a Family offer available in Aruba. Only Premium and HiFi offers. That’s the reason why you were not able to subscribe to family.
I can see that you have a Premium subscription currently.

I heard they are increasing their marketplace and products do go wider.

I hope you can sunscribe Family plan one day.

I hope they can as well release Duo plan where two person get Premium plans for €11,99.

In Finland for example many are opting to live together to save cost of living, and with no kids.

No more Family plan is needed. So Duo plan would be highly appreciated, thanks.

I subscribe to the family plan. Added my husband and he cannot download songs to his phone???? With. Can someone please explain? Keeps saying he has to upgrade to premium? But I already am!!!!!!

Hi @Jamie Moat it might be the case that he is in the wrong account. Can you please make sure he logs in with the email linked to the Family account and the corresponding password and then switch to his profile?
