Family Plan - Hifi on Android but not on web or windows app

My family plan has been upgraded to family hifi today, but the android app, the windows app and the webplayer are all still limited to 320kbps. I have reinstalled the windows app, logged out and in again, cleared the cache in my browser, and even tried a different browser, but no flac appears. Any ideas? Do I have to wait until my next payment date?

In the UK, the subscriptions will be switched from today. But only when the payment is made for the next month. On which day will the amount usually debited from you?

Thanks @dee_dirk payment won’t be taken until mid December, so I guess I have to wait until then

Exactly! Your subscription will be switched automatically the next time you pay. So you don't need to reinstall anything. :wink:

I'm the same, was expecting to experience lovely HiFi sounds from today - the email from Deezer said, "Starting on 22/11/2021, we'll add HiFi audio quality sound to our plans, so you can enjoy the music you love as if you were right in the recording studio." and then goes on about me having to pay more…

I have a plan, it's 22/11/2021, but no HiFi. Deezer support said HiFi is now standard so the option doesn't appear in the app anymore...er...?

Guess I'll need to wait another couple of weeks :-(
