I have a Deezer HiFi-Account and when I use Deezer with my iPhone there always pops up the message taht I shall activate Deezer Family. No chance to get this away. It always pops up and stops the music.
There are no other persons who listen music at the same time with my Deezer-account.
What must I do that this message does not come again?

I've unlinked the devices from your account and sent you a password reset email. Please change your password and login using your email and not Facebook, please.
Do I need to update from my current Deezer plan to the family plan in order to continue to use it?
My deezer app is forcing me to purchase the family subscription to listen to music. Please help

Hi, I´m a Deezer Premium subscriber and I´m the only one using my Login.
Frequently, Deezer stops running offering me a Deezer Family subscription.
I don´t want a Deezer Family subscription, since my family is not using Deezer and I don´t want to be disturbed again.
I have the same problem. I've disconected my phone changed my e-mail and password 2 times and there still is a problem. Please help!

Hey @JoseCavalcanti ! Please find further info in this thread. You'll need to disconnect all devices from your account and I'd also recommend updating your password. If the issue persists please let me know!

I've had a look at your account and it all seems fine. So I've unlinked your devices and Facebook login from the account. I've also sent a password reset email. Please change your password and login again, but without Facebook - directly with email address. Let me know if you still have any issues 😉

I've read this thread, and I understand that I'm being blocked out of my music when my wife has Deezer turned on on her phone, but...

When I got the subscription a couple of years ago, it was still allowed for two people to listen to Deezer at the same time on one account. Same as Netflix for video. If I wanted more than two users, say 4 or 5, I should upgrade to family. It's just the two of us, so standard account is fine.

Has this changed? Have the rules somewhere in the last couple of years been changed from two devices streaming at the same time to only one? Because I have definitely missed that notice...

Nothing has changed in that respect, Premium subscriptions are individual and personal. Maybe you could both log in due to an error 🤓

Thanks man! Maybe, or maybe we just for some reason never both listened at the same time, (it doesn't happen that often), and we just always thought that we could both be on at the same time. We'll see what happens, if this is a two or three times a year occurrence, I'll accept it, and if it's often we'll probably change to family. Thanks again!
When trying to play I get a notification saying
'Hey! Who stopped the music? If they people you love keep bumping you off the music you love, try Deezer Famuly for 19.49 /month'
This occurs every time I try to use the app even though no one else is using it.
It is linked to me, my husband and our Google home and is v frustrating.
How do I fix this?

Hi @Cliona Costello our Premium subscription is meant to be for one person only. Please try the steps described above and see if this helps preventing it.
I have premium but it keeps asking me to upgrade to family premium when my phone is the only one I have deezer on how do I fix?

This is very frustrating, my music was playing perfectly this morning, now all of a sudden it refuses to play and I must add, this happened just after I declined a message which popped up to upgrade?

Please urgently assist!
