Family ad although on Premium

Dear Sirs, Deezer developers, immediately remove the Deezer Family advertisement in my Deezer Premium. It’s disgusting to offer people who give you money advertising that every second climbs and does not allow to listen to music. The developers responsible for this dismiss! The site is also made disgusting, what these autofocus is on the inputs, on the Iphone SE I do not even see the page because of the keyboard that opens automatically. In general, I am waiting for an apology and some kind of compensation, I hope you will fix it!

Hi @Jason.O this usually happens when someone else is using your account at the same time. Can you please try unlink all devices in your account and then reset the password?

Hi there, you get this ad only when two people at the same time are listening to music. Since you are on Premium the account is meant to be for you only.
What do you mean by this other problem? Can you explain in more detail or add a screenshot?

Done. I'll try this and let you know if it works. I only have one device so I logged out of it and unlinked it as suggested. Logged back in and testing now.
approx. 1 week ago I've been having the problem that sometimes my music stopps while I play it from my iphone or Desktop. I get the message: "Why has the music stopped ?" telling me that someone else is using my Subscription and it tries to sell me a family subscription. no one else has access to my subscription and there are no other devices linked to it either.
this is really very annoying. is there a way to remove this bug?

Hello,
I’m suffering from many music interruptions telling me that someone is listening to music with my account.
I deleted every connected devices in the app from my phone. I even changed my password.
The issue keeps occurring. Could someone be overrunning my account from some place ? Is there a way to detect it and provide me with a list of the connections, or streams and IPs ?
I’m very worried because I enjoy my music on this service, I’ve been a client for a long time now and would be annoyed to leave my playlists for so little.

Hi there. There is nothing to be fixed from our side, this is someone using your account at the same time as you. If you account is liked to Facebook or Google, please change their passwords too! Also, please open the app and go to the settings > app > and clear the cache. Let me know how it goes!
