Family account with Orange


Hi,
i have started using deezer with orange, then orange has informed that deezer wasn’t anymore part of their package.
So I have suscribe on app store.
Orange has offer me the family option.
But I can’t see it on my access.

Do I have 2 separated access or the family option hasn’t been activated.

Hi there, I am afraid you have been misinformed. We still work with Orange. What exactly are you trying to do?

If you want to have family you will need to cancel your iTunes payments first and then activate it here: https://www.deezer.com/offers/family
