I have been using deezer for a few years with no problem. I have changed phones and devices and it has never had a problem. This week it has decided every song is an error and cannot play. So i paid for a better subscription and still the same thing is happening (so i wasted my money to upgrade for no results). WTF is going on?!?!? I have paid my money for years and it has worked fine. Not I have even bought a new sim card, reset my phone, uninstalled deezer, uninstalled all apps except for deezer and bought a new SD card. So I’ve wasted a lotof money for this and I cannot find any answers, please help?!?!!!?!?!?!?!?!!?!?!?!?

Hey @belushis1 can you please send us a screenshot of the error message you get while playing?
are you able to play your music in the web version or desktop app? (just to make sure the problem is just in the mobile device)

Please try this:

  • Delete Deezer App
  • Reboot Your Phone
  • Install App Back
  • Let us know how that helps

I am about to leave for a spa, on Android, and I see that this problems are not on my side.

Perhaps reinstall would do for you. Have a relaxing day!

Ys I am able to listen on my computer no problems but only phone doesn't work. I have no idea why but it is really annoying. This week maybe one or two songs will work and then the same error message comes up.

 

Please try this:
