It seems I am about to pay twice for membership in April. Why?

Hello @PamelaG Happy New Year :slight_smile: Sorry for the late reaction, we currently have to process a lot of requests. For the account with the email address you entered here you only pay for Deezer Family once per month, always on the 22nd of every month.

Could you please send a photo of the other payment to our customer service (in order to protect your date, please not here).

Then they are able to trace your payments and help you further with this matter.

Yesterday I did a payment for Premium using my debit card and it was rejected so I used my PayPal account and it was successful. However today I checked my email and received two invoices (one for the debit card and the another one for the PayPal debit) and both were succesful. Because i didnt take a picture of the first failure, i dont have proof of the payment was rejected and i cannot show the double payment to the bank, it is possible for you to revert the first payment or at least show me a proof that that payment was rejected?

Hi there, I can see your payment through card was actually rejected. If you are sure you have been charged and money has left your account please contact our support here and send them all the details you have 😉
Hi, my name is Max and I’m from Russia. I subscribed for free Deezer trial for 9 roubles 13.12.18, but 2 weeks later it stop working. I decided to try trial for 15 roubles 28.12.18 but it says that my free trial is already over. Despite al these troubles i decided to pay for subscription 229 roubles 29.12.18. and from that moment all was good, but 4 days ago deezer required me to pay for 3 months of free trial which i was not allowed to use. And i guess that at 28.03.19 will ask about second free trial that was not worked too. What i should do with all of that?

Have you checked if you set up another account which is being paid as well?
I've checked the account you have linked to the email used in the community and that shows you've subscribed via iTunes paying on 28 December 2018 for 3 months.
Hi, I've unsubscribed 2 months ago and I've just been charged double for the subscription?? Can I be refunded and it stopped please?

Sorry you've had to query about this. I've had a brief look at your account and could see a payment attempt scheduled for the 29th. Please get in touch with our support team and they should be able to clarify this for you 😉
i payed for one month ,the payment was successful , then i have payed for an annual subscription in the same day .
i have payed for a year and a month and it shows that my subscription ends after a year only.
there is a payed month fees that i don't get a service for . so how can i solve this ?
can i get the money back? or a subscription for an extra month ?

How is it possible to be charged for a family and premium account in same month? This has been going on for about 3 months and I’m only now picking up on it😡. I want everything canceled and refunded to my account

I am paying for two subscriptions. Can see two amounts being deducted from my account.

R59.99 and R89.99 however my daughter's phone is not working. Kindly cancel the R59.99 a month account

My wife created a family subscription for which we have been billed some months now. 
we are still both being billed the premium subscription as well. 

 

we are unable to see the family menus or even see that the family subscription exists (except we are being billed on the credit card)

Hi @Walter Giron thank you for contacting us. According to our system the payment on 27th of January failed, you got 15 days Deezer Family for free and then got charged once on on 11th of February. In case there was any other payment, please send a photo of that payment to our customer support (not here in public). 

I just paid my premium subscription on 3.31.20 and it tried to run thru again on my debit card. Why?

for some reason I have charged £14.99 on the 27th March as well as the 5th of April. Why is this?? I would like a refund for the second payment.
