Hi,

Sometimes I get notifications on my phone that somebody else is using my Deezer account. When I log in on Deezer.com, the language is in Spanish Instead of Dutch and I see a different profile photo. Can somebody please check and see what's going on?

 

What information do you need to check my account?

As a first security step  I suggest you’ll reset your password to your Deezer account :

I've also unlinked all devices from your account for extra security @RNA10. Please change your password to a more complex one too. Hope it helps!

Somebody still uses my account after changing my password

I have killed session in all devices where the account could be open and I sent you a password request link to your email. Please click on the link and enter a new password.
