Disappearing favourites


Having logged on for the first time in about a week I find my favourite tracks (1600+) have disappeared - playlists artists and albums remain available. Is there any way of retrieving my favourite tracks?

Hi @Peter Meldrum, it means you are opening a diferente account with a different email 🙂 Please get in touch with our support here and give them all of your emails. They will be able to find you the right account 😉

I just got a new phone and I pay 6$ as month for Deezer since I've gotten this new phone I can't listen to Deezer it keeps saying if I want a 30 day free trial and it also says that there are no connected devices to my Deezer account this is frustrating this is the 4 the day calling cricket and trying to text for help

It means you are logged in the wrong account. You just need to login using the right email or the telefone number if you are a Cricket subscriber. 😉
Dear reader. i want to lissen to my music now i logt in and al my playlist a gone. i needed also today first to log in to change my pasword. i like to have al my playlist back beceas it a lot of memery in it i hope you guys can help me

I believe you are entering the wrong account. Please log out and log back in using the right email 🙂
Today, for no reason, all the more than 600 songs have disappeared from my favorite tracks list, and just left over a track that I have never added. I want my songs back. Does anyone know what happened or how to fix it?
