Hi, can you please delete my account as I'm struggling to find where to delete, my account and profile

Hello @mrcmcstokies and @Mina Flisen Jevnaker, on the web version of Deezer, you will find “Delete my account” in the Account settings, My information category, at the bottom, as shown below:

I have tried to delete my account, by following the steps that are given. In my account i dont Get shown the «delete account», What do i do?

please delete my account i tried to delete it but it wont let me 
and the code does not get into my mail to delete it !!!

When i try to go to the website, i only Get the Message «invalid page», and i an beeing refered to the app. How do i then delete my account?

Hi @Mina Flisen Jevnaker to delete your account, you will need to log on to deezer.com with a web browser and follow these steps:

  1. Click on your profile picture in the top right corner
  2. Select Account Settings
  3. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and select Delete my account
  4. Enter your Deezer password and click on Delete my account
  5. You will receive a final validation email
  6. Click on the link to delete your account

I keep trying to delete my account but it wouldn’t accept my password! WHAT THE F IS GOING ON?

what i am trying to explain is: i open deezer.com on both safari and google chrome, only Get the error message that the page does not exist, and It wants to open the app. On the app I don't get the steps you described .. what the hell am I suposed to do? either someone delete my account, otherwise i will take this further. terrible customer service.

Hello @Mina Flisen Jevnaker we are very very sorry, it is very strange that www.deezer.com gives you the error message that the page does not exist. As requested, I have now deleted your Deezer account and deactivated newsletters and alerts. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

please just help me. Deezer constantly takes money each month and I can’t delete my account, because it doesn't allow me to. I followed the steps, but errors everywhere and I don't get an email to reset password etc etc….

Hi, just like some other users, I want to delete my account. I follow the different steps but I always get the same respons: ‘check your password’. I am very sure that I use the right password, and if I click the link ‘forgotten password’, the page turns dark grey.

Could you please suggest me a solution or cancel the account?

The same for me.

 couldn't find such option/link in my mobile version of the website, and how to reset "pick up your favorite.." when first time running app also.

I've opened this app for the first time, then had a call, and didn't get a chance to proceed with pick up flow.

Couldn't find how to reset profile and start from scratch, so prefer to delete account totally

Hello @Stainless Still, it’s possible to do it on the website with a computer, go to Account Settings, you can find it at the very bottom of the My Information tab.

I use the Web version in Google Chrome from a PC and I have the “Delete Account” option.

However, it won’t accept my password when I try to delete my account, even though I use the same password when logging in just before.

So, please delete my account for me, thanks.

I don't needed it anymore cause I'm not interesting in this at all
