Deezer won't accept payments from my wife's credit card anymore

In the past, the payments were automated and no issues with my wife's credit card. A few moths ago, Deezer started to ask to change the payment method. So, in the last few months, in every single month, I re-introduced the data for my wife's credit card and the payment was accepted. But two months ago and this month the payment was rejected and I had to use my credit card. This is very strange and annoying. Of course there are sufficient funds on my wife's account (we checked before she accepted the payment).

Hi @Cromozomy 

You’d be best to contact Deezer support directly who’ll be able to see what’s happening to the payments and give further advice related to the account. 

Hope you get it sorted quickly. 

 

Thanks for the sugestion. But, clicking on the Deezer support directly I am directed to another web address (Gyazo.com).

I'm having same issue kinda when it refuses my card every month when i try to get it back on the go it still refuses it. called the bank and walked in and every thing all good so i sent  a few emails and sends me same thing and don't have a different card to try to see if that would work is the only down side ,  got any thing i could try?

Have you contacted Our Support? They can look into your particular case :wink:

@Yula  ya they just tell me to call my bank but every thing working on my bank end and made  a point in saying that in the email and they sent me same reply like word for word . kind of sad really like deezer 2
