Deezer family : not working

I changed from Deezer premium to Deezer family, and wanted to include my son and husband's accounts but they seem unable to connect. It seems things will only change at the next payment? How us this possible?

Hello @Ceri-Ann,

the accounts of son and husband may no longer have an active subscription.
If that is the case, both must first cancel their own subscriptions and wait until they have ended.


Then they can join your family account. :slight_smile:

Thank you, understood. So in effect, they will only be able to join at the end of the month or when their premium subscription ends.
