I just did a new subscribtiin to deezer family, the app confirms everything is ok with payment confirmation, but when I try to go off line in my play list it seems I am not subscribe , and also I don’t know how to include my family members account.

Hi @marce_ri please see in this guide above how to use Family. What do you mean by "go offline in my playlist"? You mean downloading? In general if you have been charged, but your account is acting like a free account not giving you he option of downloading music please get in touch with support here ;)
I have a family account but as soon as more than one person plays songs on Deezer the other one can't listen anymore how is this possible since it should be able to have 6 persons using it. What are we doing wrong?

You can have multiple profiles but each profile can only be logged into a single device at a time. So please make sure each profile is being chosen appropriately when logging in. And if you're using a device with Alexa, for example, only the master profile can be used for the time being. We're working on allowing multiple Family profiles to be chosen within those devices 😉

Deezer Family means you can give up to 6 individual Premium+ profiles to your family members while only paying one low price.

How does it work?

When subscribing to Deezer Family, you get a Premium+ account and up to 5 other Premium+ profiles to share with your family members. Your account becomes the Master Profile, which is used:

You can create up to 5 secondary profiles, each functions like a normal Premium+ account with their own favorites, playlists and Deezer Flow.

Just so you know:
  • Members of a Deezer Family subscription must reside at the same address.
  • Deezer Family is available worldwide with the exception of users in the United States.

Subscribing to Deezer Family

Head to our Deezer Family page using a web browser on your computer, click on Get Deezer Family, enter your payment details and enjoy!

The Family offer will replace your current subscription in real time and you will be charged the subscription fee immediately.

You can then start creating secondary Family Profiles and spreading the love.

You already have a Deezer Premium+ account, do you need to create a second account for Deezer Family?

No, you can just upgrade your existing account to Deezer Family, via your account subscription page in your browser.

All your playlists, albums and downloaded content will still be available after you upgrade.
Just remember, if you are subscribed through iTunes or a phone bundle, you will have to cancel through the third party and then subscribe to Family afterwards.

You already have two or more Deezer accounts in your house, can you merge them onto one account?

You’ll first need to setup your Family account and create your secondary profiles, then contact our support team and we can help you transfer your favorites.

What’s the difference between the Master Profile and the Secondary Profiles?

The Master Profile is the primary account which is used to login, pay and manage your Family account.
Secondary profiles are created on the Master profile, which are accessed after logging in to the master profile. They can’t be used to manage the Family account, but all 6 profiles enjoy all the benefits of Premium+.

What platforms is Deezer Family available for?

Deezer Family is available for our Android, iOS and Windows 10 apps as well as our browser player.
At the moment other systems can only log in to the Master Account, we’re working in collaboration with our partners to make this functionality available across all systems in the future.

What happens if you cancel Deezer Family on the Master account?

If you cancel your Deezer Family plan, your account will revert to a Deezer Free account and all linked profiles will be suspended.
You won’t lose any of the playlists or saved albums on any profile as a result of cancelling Deezer Family, but the profiles will be inaccessible until your re-subscribe.

I have Deezer family subscription. Whenever I try listening to music whilst someone else is it stops playing. There are only 3 devices linked to my account so we should all be able to listen at the same time but can't.

Hi @Rhys Kalter that usually happens when you are all in the same profile. You need to create a profile for every member of the account. Please see more about that here 😉
I currently have deezer premium and was thinking about changing to deezer family and surprised to see no offers available to upgrade. Plenty of free premium subscriptions but not to upgrade

I was wondering if there’s a another way to log in a family profile with out them having access to the master account?
How does family subscription work? Does it not allow to use two profiles at the same time?

In your case, you need to cancel your subscription and go back to Free, before trying upgrading to Family. Then you should try this link: 😉
I just upgraded my premium acct to the family acct.
How does my family keep their music and still login on the new acct?

Everyone in your family uses the same login details to access the app but then everyone must create a personal profile each, so that their favourites are saved accordingly. Please see move above 😉
I am trying to understand what the purpose of a secondary kids account with restrictions are if you have to logon to the master account first. All the child has to do is change the profile to master or one of the other profiles and they are no longer restricted... Each profile would need to have a login in order for any restrictions matter.

Hi! I read many topics here and I'm not sure I get it about family accounts. For logging into Deezer I'm using my Google account and what I read here basically means that I have to add Google account into my family's phones app. Since I didn't enter my pass but I logged by hitting "Login using Google account" button I cannot just enter user and pass into app but they need to use my account on there phones.
This is against any privacy rule to share my connection with anyone even with my family members.
Could you explain me the logic how should I use my account on my wife's mobile?

I've unlinked your Google login so that you can use your Gmail address and password to login directly (I've sent you a password reset email). This way you won't be logging your Google account but your Deezer Family account - very similar to what Netflix does, for example 😉
I want to make a family subscription, but I have a question. If I, as an account holder, am in Russia in one city and the rest of my family in another city, or in Ukraine, will work deezer for all family members?
