My plan is an Family plan. But I receive a message: - Your account is strict personal.

Hi , i paid for my Family subscription today 03 Dec 18 they took money but the application doesn’t work!! Can you help me pls?? ... only one user at time.

I cannot see anything wrong in your account. Please see our guide above and make sure to create profiles for every user 😉
Random question I am considering family so kids get their own profile, your website says £14.99 a month but if I go to upgrade through my account why does it go up to £17.99 a month?

That is because iTunes charges more. You can just activate through our website and get the cheaper price 😉
I have tried several times in the past months to upgrade my account to Family but I get the message that I'm not eligible for Family. Am I doing something wrong?

Hi, guys. I'm planning on purchasing a family account with my fiancé but I can't seem to find a clear answer to my concern.

So I'll ask here - would we be able to listen to different music at the same time via different divices. Sorry for the dumb question but "using one master account and switching profiles" doesn't give me a clear idea.
I have the family acount but i cant listen to music the same time as they can on seperate device's why is this as i subscribed to the family acount for a reason

Hi there! Yes, you can listne at the same time! 🙂 You can have up to 6 profiles, each of them with its own content, favorites, playlist...

Hi Matt, this is happening because you have no profiles yet 🙂 Please see above how to create the profiles! Let me know if you have any more question!
