Deezer family

I have a Deezer family account

For my family members it looks like they have a free account. On the bottom right of the screen” they see the "become premium" icone and they cannot listen to music offline.

My understanding was they could enjoy Deezer as premium users.


Can someone help me?

Hi @Alexandre Warnier I have checked in the system and everything seems to be fine with your Family subscription and might be the case that your Family members are logged into the wrong account.
As each of them have independent accounts linked to their personal emails, please make sure they login to their accounts with the email and corresponding passwords.
If the problem persists, they should contact our Deezer Support Team and one of our agents will be able to help.
