Deezer account open on another device but it isn't

App is stating I have my account open on another device but I don’t. I have only one device on my account which is my cell phone. How can I fix this since the app blocks my phone from playing any music?

I've unlinked all the devices from your account and sent you a password reset form. Please change your password and link your phone again, it should help. But if it doesn't, please let me know.

That could be a bug/error. I've just had a look at your account and only 1 iPhone is linked to the account. And only 2 profiles created. I don't think there's a problem, but just to be safe, could you perhaps change the email address of the account? In order to do that, you need to access the account via desktop PC/Mac. Or you can send me a PM with the email address you'd like to use and I can request the amendment.

Thanks @Rudi . yesteday when I logged out and logged back in, there were only two listening profiles, myself and my wife. today, after you sent the reset requests, there were five total (three extra ones who i had no idea about). not sure if there's a breach somewhere, but my passwords are all unique per account and i don't share my account. figured you should know. thanks!

No worries. I've had a look at your accounts and unlinked devices from our side, also refreshing your user's cache and sending you a password reset email. Please change your password and login as normal. If the problem continues, please let me know.

Hi - I seem to have someone else using my account. I had issues recently where I was locked out of my account. When you were sending me account reset details it didn’t appear to be my account. We eventually sorted it out and it worked fine for a while although I have now lost my play list, my user name is not me and someone has been listening to Indonesian rock music 🤷‍♂️

slightly concerned as they can possibly access my bank details? can you please check as I really want my playlist back and obviously nobody else using my account.
