Deezer 30 Second Limit

I’ve been using Deezer Free for a few moths now, and I haven’t experienced any issues with the service. Lately, however, I’ve been getting a 30 second limit on all the songs, and can’t figure out what’s wrong. It says that I have to subscribe to Deezer premium to listen to the full tracks

That's intended behaviour if your trial has finished and you haven't got a paid subscription 👍🏼

I have a free account.

it works ok on iPad. And when Deezer iPad App is connected to Bose 500 it works. The entire track plays.

The Bose App on iPad has a feature to add Deezer as a service, and when the service is selected Deezer comes up BUT..only the 30 seconds of each track plays.

There is even a pop up notice that alerts that only 30 seconds will play.

i have cycled the Deezer service off then on again...no help.

only the Bose is authorized in my account so I have not exceeded the 3 device limit. Help?

Hello @Bobbyb120, it’s the intended behaviour with a free account when you’re trying to listen to specific tracks.
