Cost and terms of subscription for MTS clients

When I registering in the application, the button "subscribe to MTS client" appeared. MTS is a Russian mobile operator. However, the conditions for subscribing to Deezer for customers were not specified anywhere; in MTS support they said that they had no information and advised to contact Deezer support. Please tell me the cost and terms of subscription?

Many apologies for the late reaction, we currently have to process a lot of requests. We are sorry but you cannot subscribe to Deezer Premium via the mobile provider MTS. As you have a Deezer Free account this was only a regular advertisement from MTS for their mobile phone services :wink:

If you like to subscribe to Deezer Premium, please follow these steps on a computer or laptop (not mobile phone or tablet, please):

  • open internet browser Google Chrome, Safari or Firefox
  • type in www.deezer.com
  • log into your Deezer account
  • Click on your profile in the top right corner
  • Click on "Account Settings"
  • Click on the "My Information" tab
  • Click on "Manage my subscription"
  • a new window will open where you can choose your subscription

So I installed Deezer (yeah finally) and was kinda surprised with that offer. 

Yep, I'm MTS user, so I'd like to know some terms and conditions;-)

How much does it costs for me, is there any free period? 

MTS support knows nothing about it lol. They send me to you.

We don’t have the partnership yet with MTS. But we are working on that and hopefully will be available soon.
In this topic you can find all the information you need if you want to subscribe to Deezer directly with us.

Errrm….but… why Deezer app asks me if I’m using MTS then and offers me subscription?:)

And how can I discover terms of this kind of subscription any other way except buying it and testing?:))

Sure thing. It appears when I'm launching app 1st time and anytime later when I'm going to account manage menu.

1 is "Are you a MTS client? - activate subscription"

2 - asking my phone number:)

Actually, I’m not sure, that it must be fixed:) it works, but I don’t know how, and how much I’ll pay for it :P thats the only question;)
