Community account email change

Hello,

Few days ago I changed my main Deezer account email which worked fine, it shows the new email on my account and I receive Deezer emails in the new email.
But my Community account email is still the old one because I receive new posts notifications from Community in my old email. There is no way I can change that in my Community Profile settings.

Please help.

Hey @Eddie C 

I was faced with exactly this problem once before. Actually, the change of the email address should also affect the community. Unfortunately it doesn't work. This is a case for @Yula.

And/or contacting the Deezer support directly, because they can change your old email address, too:

You can change to your language and location on the site, and also chat live with a support employee in the usual work hours.

I don't like to disagree, but I would be surprised if the support could change community data. This is up to the local moderators (e.g. @Alfredo.) or Community Managers (@Yula  and @Jaime.)

I got my old Facebook email address changed that way which also resulted in the community notifications still being sent to that old email account instead of my new one, as far as I remember. But I might mix this up with Spotify having the same problem.
