I got an email with a code. This code didn'work. the errror message told me that i have to ask the support

Please give me an info what do do is.

I bought the code about a week ago. Then I went on vacation and just came back. I wanted to activate the code now but it is not working. It says the code is wrong. It can't be. I checkt everything.
Please help me.

Hi,

I received a gift voucher that I tried to activate a few minutes ago.

It says so go to the www.deexer.com/gift website which I did. It then open up a page where I had to add the PIN code which I did. The VOUCHER WAS ACCEPTED

Then it sent me to playstore to download the application.

When I eventually tried to redeem the voucher, it said the voucher has already been used obviously I just put it in now myself. But i didn't use it yet at all.

How might I get to use the voucher now??

I recently tried to redeem my R60 DEEZER Voucher.

The instructions at the back of the card says to:
-Go to www.deezer.com/gift [which i did] It then sent me to the portal that allows one to..
-Enter the pin code [which I did]

The pin was ACCEPTED.

It then sent me to a page where I had to register as I had not yet registered.

When I eventually login into my official account. I tried to redeem the voucher but then it said it was already used.

BUT OBVIOUSLY, I JUST PUT IN MYSELF AND HAD NOT YET USED IT.

Please help!!

Was so excited to finally use it.

HI @Anja , I JUST GOT A 9 MONTH CODE. IM VERY NEW TO DEEZER. I created an account to try and redeem code but the 3 month 0.99 subscription message wouldn't come of my screen unless i started the 3 months and now can not find where to redeem the code. please let me know if you can help. thanks

I started a free 6 month subscription on 27/11/18 through an offer with Samsung. I have the commencement email from Deezer. My account now says I have 10 days left and gives an option to subscribe. Please resolve

Hi @Billf I do not see that the code has been activate successfully. Please contact our support about this and provide the code and the email that confirms its activation 😉
Entered everything as required but still says I’m on a short trial until December . Should be June . Confused totally.

Can anyone help how to activate deezer premium account with code? I am Telenor user and I received code, but when I go to activate code it says it cannot be found and to contact support team.
