why is that my bank stated that deezer deducted 9.99€ while i still have trial premium account?

Hi there, I could see that you have had the trial for a month starting on 18/10/2018 and then have then been charged a month later. So you have ben charged correctly as your trial month was over.

i signed up for the trial and was still charged. Is this normal? Didn’t think you would charge me until after the trial was over, can you please advise? Thanks.

I knew you were going to charge me… I only have $50 bucks this week and you took $15. I signed up for a trial today, why was I charged?!

I have 3 months free which started a couple of days.. As of this morning I'm being charged. I looked at my deezer account and it even says my next charge is on 9/19/20. Please explain this? And refund my $9.99 back to me.
