Charged twice for Premium+ and Family


I switched from my regular premium account to the Deezer family account at the weekend. Can I assume that the monthly debit for the premium account will be discontinued?
I ask for a short message. Many Thanks.

Hi Kati, please note that the family subscription was activated immediately and your were therefore charged immediately. This is also stated on the Family offer page and not a mistake. I suggest you get in touch with our support team directly here. They can look into your account and maybe help with that 🙂

Hi,I recently upgraded from the premium deezer account (£9.99) to the family account (£14.99),the direct debit payment for the premium account went out on Friday then also got charged the £14.99 on Sunday,surely I should get the £9.99 refunded back now.Thank you

I changed my membership from premium to family, and paid for premium the 7 of October and et expires the 7 of November, am I now paying for both this month.

Hi i paid my 9.99 on friday for my subscription and then sunday i upgrade to family amd was expecting to oay the differece of 4.99 however i was charged again 14.99. so this month i have paid 24.98. Who do i speak to to so that i can sort this out without going to the bank. ?

You've taken two payments for my Deezer subscription can you tell me why?
Me to - I upgraded to a family account and expected to be charged the delta £5 however they took £9.99 a few days ago and then the full £14.99 family charge - will wait to see if it corrects itself next month 😞

Rudi - not sure why I got a vague email redirecting me back to this string on messages ? Do I get a refund or not for a duplicated payment ?

As the best answer on this topic shows, please contact our support team, and they should be able to discuss a refund with you.
Today I was charged for Premium subscription. I was waiting till the end of Premium in order to change it to Family. But now I have another month of Premium. Could you guys please warn me next time before stealing my money? I was looking on to your app several times a day and saw not a single message about my subscription is going to end. Do I realy need to put an event into my calendar?

Hi @Evgeny.Vermenik that is not a problem. If you do not want to wait you can just activate Family. You will be charged full price for family, but just contact our support team to have the payment for Premium refunded 😉
