Hi

In order to change subscriptions you first need to cancel your premium account , After you account switched to free mode ,re subscribe to the desired subscription .

Also note that you should meet the following criteria to be eligible to student benefit :

  • Enrolled at a college or university in an eligible country (this also applies to study abroad students).
  • Aged between 18 and 25 years old.
  • Based in Brazil, Colombia, France, Germany, Netherlands, Russia, the United Kingdom or the United States.

It said that after 2 years there still age discrimination going on saying the student could only be between the ages of 18-25.  What about high school students are they not students because they're under 18?  Most high school students work,  pay bills and they don't get  A student discount?  This is 2020 we've come way too far Have age discrimination on some Music app. I say we ALL cancel  and go to a different app,  spotify,  Pandora, apple music, Tidal.  At least those don't discriminate for age.

Hi @BBHMM007
I understand your frustration. However, those are the terms and conditions and age range of the offer at the moment.
I will pass your feedback to the respective team so they'd like it to include younger students too.
Regards!
