Hi
Sure this is possible but a bit tricky I would say . You have to do the following :

-Cancel your current subscription
-Wait until the month is over ( Until the day renew the payment)
-Login to your account as always and renew your subscription (while located in the country you are actually based in)

Now you'll have the right account country .

Cheers

Hi @Matthew_Weider, that's normal since Deezer checks the IP address every time you subscribe and/or enter new payment details. You just need to cancel the current subscription and wait for it to end. Afterwards you can subscribe again from the country you're based in and the account country will change automatically ☺
Hi everyone,
Is it possible somehow to change my account from a Croatian to a German one without creating a new account? I just moved to Germany and I'm using a mobile plan (German) that has unlimited music streaming including Deezer, but I'm afraid that it won't work if my account is not German. And it's also really annoying that it's always suggesting Croatian music which I absolutely hate. I also don't want to re-make all my playlists with a new account.

I was on a business trip to another country and all the monthly payments changed to the country rates accordingly. Now when I am back home it still charges me the foreign rates. How can I change this? Thanks.
trips are quite regular and it is affecting the family account.

Sure , you can do that .

First cancel your subscription ( Note that all the downloaded data will be lost) . Wait for your account to change to a free account and finally resubscribe . Now you should have Belgium account .
I have an overcharge, it's too much for the offer I have, all because they took it as Argentina, but I'm from Colombia and I've always pumped like Colombia, I do not understand the change since they charge me 3 times more.

Hi there, I've checked here and when you changed your payment method you were using an american ip so that's why you were charged in Dollars. Were you abroad when you made that change or using a vpn or something like it? That would explain it.

Ho @Vladyslav Gram , if you open this link you will be able to see your local price. 🙂 But if you are already a subscriber, I recommend you to cancel you account and subscribe again from Ukraine, then you will pay the local price.
Hello
I opened my account when I was on a trip to Germany, but I live in Israel. The issue is that in Israel, the premium is offered for 10NIS while currently Im charged 10 euros!

Is there a way to change country? or I need to totally delete the account?

Hey Assaf, no need to delete the account, just cancel your current subscription and resubscribe when that expires. During the resubscription Deezer will automatically detect that you're in Israel and charge you accordingly 🙂
Are you telling me I have to cancel my subscription, re-subscribe and loose all my dowoaded music? Should it really be that difficult? I moved to New Zealand and thought I could just change my banking details and there would be a simple click of a button drop down list asking your country and you could change it. What a hassle. Is there no easier way? This is very un-user friendly if that is the case.

Hi @hendri.oosthuizen.5 , yes. But if you get in touch with our support here they will able to transfer the songs from the old account to the new one 😉
I travel often and recently came back from the US to Mexico but it seems like Deezer thinks I'm still in the US.

@tabesima Your Deezer account country always depends on the IP address your used when you entered payment details or when you started a trial. That country does not change when you travel to other countries.
Please check the answer to the first post on this topic. That should help 🙂
