I’ve been trying to update my payment method to pay for my monthly subscription to no avail. I’ve tried online and through the mobile app. I’ve also tried numerous payment cards. What am I doing wrong? I don’t want to cancel my subscription but this is beyond frustrating.

Thank you for your help! I get the same message saying my payment method was denied and I need to change my payment method. I have tried different MasterCards and a Visa card....all denied (and yes, I have money available on all cards). I have researched this issue as best I can and read that if I was having issues with a payment on The Deezer app, then change my payment online on Deezer.com. So I tried that too....still receive the same error message. Again, thank you for your help 👍🏻

Hi there, please open your account from a computer, clear the browser cache, and update the card details as it shows here - https://support.deezer.com/hc/en-gb/articles/214349045-Change-payment-details
I had a visa card, had expired. Got a new one but when I try to "change method of payment" I get only a white screen.... what to do? can I contact Deezer?

I have been on Deezer for some time but changed my Credit Card and the system will not allow me to edit payment details and I am finding it very frustrating trying to get a proper working solution and very poor support information. I need this revolved or nay go to another service.
